Christophe Favergeon 0597838b9f CMSIS-DSP: New f64 tests 
Tests for : BasicMaths, ComplexMaths, Stats, FastMath
Filtering, Distances, Support.

Some tests are disabled because only a subset
of the functions has been converted to f64.
