功能描述：
此样例演示了GPIO输出模式，配置LED引脚为数字输出模式，并且每隔250ms翻转一次LED引
脚电平。运行程序后，可以看到LED灯以2Hz的频率闪烁。

Function descriptions:
This sample demonstrates the GPIO output mode. It configures the LED pin as a 
digital output mode and toggles the LED pin level every 250ms. After running 
the program, you can observe the LED blinking at a frequency of 2Hz.
